RBI Baseball is one of the few "proper" baseball sims on the Switch (I think), but if you're not too fussed, SM Baseball 3 is out this week, improving on last year's edition with many new features.
Super Mega Baseball 3 from Metalhead refines the series’ formula with a deeper on-field simulation, comprehensive online and offline game modes plus a new Franchise mode. There's updated graphics and new content, including revamped UI plus tons of new audio, team/character content, and stadiums with variable lighting conditions.
Players of the SMB2 should be able to import their saves, although I'm not sure if that applies to the console versions.
