Switch sales on the up in Japan

Japanese Switch sales hit over 49,000 last week as the Nintendo Hybrid continues to perform strongly. That's in a relatively quiet week with only Skyrim hitting the chart at No. 7 and selling just under 14,000 units.

Splatoon 2 is almost at 2 million retail sales and the highest Switch game on the chart at No. 3, followed loyally by Mario + Rabbits Kingdom Battle (total sales 114,059), Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (total sales 1,307,897) and Super Mario Odyssey (total sales 1,587,954)
