Making the big Switch

Okay, so I've had a PS Vita since launch day, some six years ago and loved every minute of it, as blogged here - despite Sony's disastrous management of the console. But happily and luckily, a competition win at Christmas saw a special Nintendo Switch arrive in the family.

Armed with this subtly-skinned unit from Zoink Games, while Sony bows out of portable gaming and the Vita starts to show its age, I can carry on posting as publishers and indie developers move on to the Switch.

As such, expect a growing tide of reviews and updates on Switch games, a few statistics that are my main contribution to the Vita world and some random extras.

Unlike the Vita, long-since ditched by the major outlets, there's plenty of Switch news about, so I won't be repeating stuff you can find out everywhere else. This is more for pieces of interest with thought and feeling and supporting the smaller games that don't get much coverage.
